Could Painful Calf With Swollen Foot Post Sprain In Ankle Be Blood Clot?

I recently sprained my ankle and was given an aircast and crutches. I have been elevating and using ice as much as possible; however I do have 4 children and work full time. I was off 2 days following the injury. I have noticed a pain in my calf and some swelling in my foot that was not there before. I am concerned with the possibility of a blood clot.
