Could Painful, Large, Swollen Redness On Nose Be Staph Infection?

I live with my older sister. She recently had a large staph infection next to her nose on the right cheek area. She took antibiotics and the visible infection is gone. All day today, I have developed a large, swelling redness on my nose that sort of feels like a giant zit, but is deeper, more painful, and has not come to a head. Is this most likely staph, or impetigo, or cellulitis?
