Could Painful Sore Be Due To Brown Recluse Bite?

I had a blister show up when I woke up 2 days ago. Blister popped. Now have about a half dollar size red painful sore. My research has proven to tell me it s a brown recluse bite. Its painful. Has a knot bout the size of a quarter. I keep feeling dizzy n have hot flashes. What to do. Treating it w anti biotic cream but it s getting worse n scares me
