Could Painful Urination Along With Hyperplasia Be Related To Endometrial Cancer?

i am 53 year old female. recently i underwent surgery for a biopsy to check for endometrial cancer. They said I do not have cancer but might have hyperplasia. I recently had abnormal vaginal bleeding and two episodes of painful urination. Can you have painful urination with hyperplasia or usually associated with eEndometrial cancer?
