Could Paleness In Face Be Due To Burn Wound Infection?

Hi. my son and his friends at work, burn them selves with a lighter, I wanna say my son got the worst of it. I wanna say that he got it sometime about a week to 2 weeks ago I just noticed it about a couple days ago. I asked when it happen, he won t say when it happen.So I can t tell how long or infected it s been. It s deep, it s starting to scab up, But I noticed that about an hour ago he his pail, he says he don t feel to good, and how he can hear and feel everything in his body. Can this be a sign of a cold or part of the infection from the burn. thank you
