Could Palpitation In Chest Be Due To Anxiety?

Hi , I have like 4 weeks having a palpitation ,start from my stomach thru the chest , it d sometime come fast it make me feel cougfing and provoke to cry too.... I don t knw I have a month drinking levotiroxine25 hipotirode ,,, also he said I have ansiaty too. He prescrbe busporine
