Could Palpitations And Elevated BP Be Related To Acute Values Of Eosinophilia?

Hello, I recently received blood work at noticed my EOS was 17 and absEOS was .9 after an ER trip for palpitations & elevated bp and taking 4 aspirin per 911 instructions. I am not on any bp medication and none recommended. Past tests have been normal. Was this acute related to the incident? The ER doctor didn't mention it...
