Could Partially Collapsed Lung Along With Focal Scarring Be A Matter Of Concern?

I think I have Celiac due to findings on a recent CT by accident of multiple mesentery lymph nodes in the central mesentery extending into the upper pelvis region including mildly prominent upper pelvic mesenteric node. or could it be carcinoid and or Cystic Fibrosis causing these findings/ My lung is also partially collapsed on the right and has focal scarring on the left, both are in the lower posterior lobes. I need clarity.
