Could Penis Shrinkage Be Due To Chlamydia?

Does chlamydia cause penis shrinkage...or can it? Because my girlfriend just found out that she has the std so we were both treated today. But I am only 24 years old and my penis has become sufficiently smaller and I do not get full erections. Could the possibility of haveing the std for a long period of time do this, if not what is and how do I fix it?
