Could Persistent Abdominal Pain Be Due To Tylenol?

ive had fibromayalgia for more than 5 or 6 years knowingly.ive been on Hydrocodone for as many years,I have severe stomach problems,The tylenol is effecting my stomach.What would you recommend on taking,that would still be a pain pill,but not have any tylenol in it.
