Could Persistent Cough Along With Opacity In Lung Be Symptoms Of Tuberculosis?

Namaste doctor ,, dr one year back , my chest X-Ray had shown homogenous opacity in rt upper zone, at that time I just took Azirhromicin for 3 days . Now repeatedly cough is present and X-ray also did and sputum culture is sent to lab . I want to know that it may be possible to come the sputum culture would be positive for tuberculosis , how it s possibility to be tuberculosis?
