Could Persistent Cracks On Tongue Be Due To Vitamin D Deficiency?
When i was about 6 i broke a mercury thermometer in my mouth. I went to A & E they took X-rays and said i was fine I m now 25 and have since suffered with an apendicitis (14), viral menigitus (in hospital for 2 weeks) (17)-quite bad depression(since I was about 11 still present) and my tongue has large cracks- for as long as i can remember. I had tests for my tongue when i was 13-14 and they said it was a vitimin D defininancy Are these things linked?
