Could Persistent Headaches Be Due To Micro Vascular Ischemic Changes?

I m 41 years old male just had an MRI because I was having headaches for two months I have been referred to a neurologist but I don t know exactly what they say was wrong with me something about microvascular ischemic a slight chance of having that on the MRI. after doing all the reading that sounds pretty dangerous should I be scared or should I just wait to see the neurologist
