Could Persistent Pain And Swelling On Shin Be A Matter Of Concern?

Hello, I fell in the bath on Christmas eve and banged my leg (shin) very hard.. I have a very high pain threshold and that was extremely painful. Until a week ago it was still very painful. It still hurts now when I touch it and it is still really swollen. Should I be worried that it is still swollen over a month later or is it normal when I ve banged it so hard. Thanks Amy
