Could Persistent Pain In Abdomen Be Due To Follicle In Ovary?

I have been in pain for almost 5 months. I had a hysterectomy 4 years ago this April. I was told by 2 doctors that I pulled a groin muscle. I finally got a doctor to listen to me about my pain. They ran tests and my C125 came back clear. They found a 1.5cm follicle on my left ovary which is where I m hurting. But they said it is unremarkable . How do I find a doctor that will believe me when I say I Hurt Every Day! 24-7 !!! The pain runs down my leg & into my back. It hurts if I sit to long & if I lay in one position to long. I just want to not hurt anymore!
