i have a aching in my upper chest that has been nagging me all day , im thinking its a pulled muscle because i was carrying equipment for my job in the bitter cold yesterday and i think i pulled something but it also feels like a tightness in my heart area , some tingling in my arm , maybe a pinched nerve im putting heat on it right now
