Could Persistent Swelling, Redness, And Itching On My Eyelids Three Weeks After An Eyebrow Wax Indicate An Issue?

I haf an eyebrow wax done three weeks ago and now my eyelids are swollen and so itchy amd red. I don t know what s going on buy its taking bery long to heal. Where I had my brow waxed, it did heal amd the scab fell off, bit now my complete eyelids are swollen red and itchy, it has been three weeks ago.
