Could Physiologic Tricuspid Valve Regurgitation Be A Serious Health Condition?

My Echocardiogram Report appears normal, except for the statement; There is physiologic tricuspid valve regurgitation . I do not get a sense of severity from this statement other than it is more severe the a Trace listed on Mitral & Pulmonic valve regrgitation. I will discuss with my PCP, but thought I d look for some clarity here.
