Could Pimples On Face Along With Hair Fall Be Due To Frequent Masturbation?

hello sir, I Ejaculate very often and at some times 3 times a day. Each time i masturbate i get pimples on my face and my face gets oily. Apart from that i am having hair fall. I get a sense that it is due to frequent masturbation. My scalp will be painfull after i masturbate and hairfall occurs. Suggest a treatment for this sir. I felt shy to consult a doctor for this reason.
