Could Pink Cervical Mucus Be Related To Implantation Or Ovulation?

I have irregular periods and I know what my cycles are like but this month was very different. I started my period on the 9th of June and ended on the 11th(I had cramps the day before and everyday during, normally I only get bad cramps the first day). 12 days later on the 20th of June, I had pink cervical mucus for one bathroom visit. Was it implantation or was that ovulation signs?
