Could Pink Discharge Before The Menstruation Be Due To Missed Contraceptive Pills?

Hi my question is whether or not I could be pregnant. I have missed quite a few pills this month but always took it the next morning. I missed the second pill in my pack and had unprotected sex. All the other times I used a condom. I've been experiencing pink and then brown discharge the past few days. I've also thrown up twice this week at night. My inactive pills start in about 5 days. Please help me figure this out!
