Could Pinkish Discharge With Nausea And Abdomen Cramps Be Due To Pregnancy?

hi, i was wondering i just finnished my period on the 28th of feb on the 5th of march i had a light pinkish discharge and the last 3 days i have been experiancing nausea at times so bad it brings tears to my eyes, and mild cramping in the middle of my abdomen i have 2 kids already in witch the both of them i knew i was pregnant by 2 weeks and had severe morning sickness throughout the day with both could this be another pregnancy?
