Could Poison Ivy Exposure Cause Nerve Damage? Forty-five Years Ago,

Could poison ivy exposure cause nerve damage? Forty-five years ago, I had poison ivy in and around my left eye, forehead,,and ear without any medical intervention.
For about a year, I've been getting left-sided forehead, eye pain (hurts to touch and move eye), and cheek. I have to ride out the pain with a heating pad because no pain med helps, even Fioricet and Vicodin.

This pain is different from my history of migraines. I go to an Atlas Orthogonal Method chiropractor for the migraines which does help but not this other type of pain.

Thank you,
Lorene
