Could Polyps And Nodules In Abdomen Be Due To Celiac Disease?

I was diagnosed with celiac a month ago through egd. My general doesn t want to do the blood test cause it s often inconclusive. I noticed that 6 months ago my monocytes were elevated 27% but my general practitioner didn t tell me. He just wrote to recheck it. Then I had a cbc that showed my ferritin at 17. Both gi and sleep specialist said its low, but general said its fine--got test with them. Today I had a colonoscopy and it came back with polyps and nodules which I ve never had. Could all this be related to celiac? I m also scared of lymphoma after reading about its connection. I have Von willebrands and see a specialist. I m just wondering what to do?
