Could Polyps In Abdomen Be The Cause For Diarrhoea Post Food Intake?

I recently had a colonoscopy and the Dr. Found approx 100-200 polyups. He took 7 samples and non cancerous. I have had constant diahrea all my life and I am 40. When I was in high school had all kinds of tests and it always came back to I don t know. So we will call it IBS. Anyone ideas to ask the dr? 80% of the time I eat within 15-20 mins instant diahrea. I just feel like crap. And tired of this problem? Any answers??
