Could Positive Pregnancy Test Results Be Due To HCG Diet Drops?

I ve been on the HCG Diet Drops for a couple of weeks. (Not consistently- but taking maybe 2-3 days of the week). I haven t taken the drops in 5 days now. My menstrual cycle is almost 2 weeks late. I took a couple of pregnancy tests that checks as low as 10miu. All thes tests came back positive. Could I be pregnant. Or just the HCG tricking the tests to believe I am?
