Could Postinor Be The Cause For Delayed Periods?

Hi doctor

I took postinor 1 after two hours of unprotected sex on 10 June and did not have any side effects. My period is not very regular. I had my last period on the 8 of May and I have not had my period since then. Is it likely that the Postinor may be delaying my period further?
