Could Pregnacare Be Causing My Diarrhoea? I Started 5 Days

Could pregnacare be causing my diarrhoea? I started 5 days ago and i have had 4 days diarrhoea. Everything i eat seems to come out in a very watery stool. Before i started i was on just folic acid and used to have constipation which is a more knowable symptom of pregnancy. Im not good with fruits and veg so im worried if i come off them. Can u advice
