Could Presence Of Only Gestational Sac With Light Spotting Be Miscarriage?

my LMP was 16th march.On 14th april i had light spotting for 2 days.i carried out a home pregnancy test three times and in last week of april i found it to be positive. on 12th may i did an ults=rasound and found that the gestational age was 4weeks 4 days.next ultasound was recommended after twpo weeks.on 26th may i had another u/s.then too only sac was there.further i have been having some bleeding like a very light period for the last one week.is this a miscarriage symptom
