Could Pressure In Lower Abdomen And Bleeding Between Periods Be Due To Bacterial Vaginitis?

Hi! So I have had BV on & off for a couple years now. I have been experiencing pressure in my abdominal area, lower back pain, bleeding between periods & during intercourse, irregular periods.. I read that these aren t symptoms of BV which I have tested positive for & that I may have something like PID which is scary as heck & I have never had an STD in my life. I get tested every 6 months/with a new partner. Dont have frequent partners. My last couple relationahips last 2-3 years. HELP!!!!!!!! Also I do not have health insurance to be able to go to a primary doctor & haven t felt my situation critical enough for the emergency room. All the prescribed antibiotics have done nothing for the BV either..
