Could Pressure On Chest And Dry Cough With Green Phlegm Indicate Bronchitis?

Hi, I m a non smoker and I have a scratchy feeling in my chest. A few days ago I felt like a rumbling feeling when I took in breathes and now I have this Dry cough and I sometimes cough up greenish phlgme. When I breathe in I feel like a tickle in my chest. When I lay down I feel pressure on my chest. Could this be Bronchitis?
