Could Prolonged Back Pain Near The Shoulder Blades Be Related To A Lung Infection, Especially Considering My History Of Bronchial Allergy?

hello,. i am a badminton player..,firstly i have a prolong back pain (mostly in the area between the back and the shoulder joints at the back) that persist for more than a year but doesn t cause much of the problem, but have a little suspicious on my lungs, could it be cause by the infection in the lungs? that suspicious thoughts came after i am diagnosed with bronchus allergy back in 2019. that time i had allergy on moist and humid room and i had a severe dry cough for a month. but all those problems have gone now, only problem is back pain which turns severe at night.
