Could Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding Be Due To Miscarriage?

Hello. This is probally a stupid question but I think i got pregnant in the middle of november. In december however I bled for 13 days. I never went to the doctors so I dont know for sure if it was a misscarriage. I have not gotten my period or any bleeding since that. Is there any possibilty that i could still be pregnant?
