Could Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding Be Due To Ovarian Cysts?

homozygous polymorphism 4G/5G been bleeding for four weeks from the front and back: went to see gyno and blood work came back normal, ultrasound found tiny benign cysts? right back flank pain (that kidney has scar tissue as shown on a CT ten years ago) thanks for any ideas.
