Could Prominent Veins In Legs And Arms Be The Symptom Of IBS?

Hi think I have IBS. Switching from having to go urgently to constipation and having to strain. Also protruding veins in legs and pain on arms and legs that comes and goes. Is the pain and bulging veins likely a symptom of the IBS or a larger concern?
