Could Prostrate Cancer Be Generic?

Hello Doc, I have a male friend whom is in his late twenties... His dad was diagnosed late last year with a prostate cancer. Although luckily it was found in its early stages. My question to you is, should this young man go for tests now or wait till he s in his late forties and his sisters do they need to go in too for generic tests?
