Could Protein In Kidneys Cause Back Problems, Legs Tightness And Stomach Swelling?

Hi I am a 22 yr old with SLE Lupus .An I have had issues with my kidneys spitting out protein.Now I am having issues with my back an my legs are tight with fluid an my urine is light with bubbles an my face an stomach is swollen.Do u think that my kidneys are causing me this pain now?
