Could Protruding Mole After Poking A Pimple In Groin Indicate Keloid?

i basically wanted to know if i have a keloid or a wart ihave sensitive skin in my groin area and i shave every blue moon just to get rid of the odor hair keeps. but last month i had a ingrown hair that grew me being the picker that i am i did something dumb and i know it , i basically stuck a needle in it to bust it but not only did i not bust the in grown hair pimple i mad it worst i think and im trying to find cheap ways to remove it . it doesn t itch it doesnt have puss its not even a pimple anymore i thnk that when i stabbed it with the needle it ruined my skin and now it looks as though its a mole thats petruding .i kinda feel like as the body naturally heals and i just use tea tree oil and neoserum to heal it but shud i use wart remover and feeze it off
