Could Protruding Skin From Bottom Of Vagina Be Subseptate Hymen?

My hymen was broken last week when my boyfriend and I had sex for the first time. I think I have a subseptate hymen, and it now protrudes from the bottom of my vagina. It s a bit weird and freaks me out a little that it s there. Is this normal? Can I do anything about this?
