Could Pulling Sensation In Ovaries Indicate Pregnancy While Having Ovarian Cysts?

2 days late on period. no period symptoms at all and have had lots of pulling in ovaries for past 2 weeks. i have been trying to conceive with no luck for about 4 months now and when i went to gyno 3 weeks ago they said i had lots of little cysts on right ovary but no baby inside. is there a chance i could be pregnant?
