Could Purple Bruises On The Tip Of My Penis The Morning After Receiving Oral Sex Indicate An STD?

Hello, I’m a 36 year old gay male. I received oral sex last night from a new partner at 11pm and this morning I wake up at 8am today and have a few what looks to be purple bruises near the tip of my penis. No itching or discharge or burning pee. Seems very soon for symptoms of an std. I’m traveling in a foreign country and no doctors are available today.
