Could Puss Cells In Sperm Indicate HIV Infection?

                         Me and my husband were trying out for a baby. when I got tested everything came out good even HIV was negative. So we moved to test my husband for semen analysis. it was bad a lot of puss cells in his sperm the doctor said he needs to test HIV is it possible for him to be positive i'm so nervous. we have been sexually active for 4 years with no protection.
