Could Rashes All Over The Body Be Due To Fingering?

Doctor, recently I was fingered by a guy, days passed and i was fine by like the fourth day I got out the shower and later on the day i started noticing rahes all over my body from my neck to my legs and arms the second day i wake up and look at the mirror i see that my chin is full of little bumps that have pus inside im worried i dont know if by getting fingered i got this or what was the reason for this to happen.
