Could Rashes And Pimples On Body And Cold Sores Around Mouth Be Skin Parasites?

Hello I am a female 36 yrs old I have a horrible rash thru out my body mainly on my face as if I had acne witch I never had before, deep pimples it is now all over me arms, face, chest, and some on my legs. they do dry up and come out other places. now I have cold sores on the side of my mouth its been a long time ive had this already it is ruining my life.I saw a picture of skin parasites and im hopeing I don t have that, what is youre opinion?
