Could Recurred Swelling In Lymph Nodes With Lumps Behind Ear Indicate Cancer?

My lymph nodes have been swollen for about two months and did go down some with antibiotics but now is back to larger size, tender and I have new lumps behind my ear and two behind my head two inches above my hair line. Should I be worried it is cancer?
