Could Recurring Headache And Eye Pain With Blurred Vision Mean Developing Aneurysm?

I was told about 4 years ago i had a developing aneurysm not had it checked since I have been having headache eye pain blur vision some times speech problems some confusion at times not all the time do i have these symptoms but have been having more headache more frequent then i have had them today has been a bad day after i took Motrin and Tylenol a couple times today it has let up some at times when i move around i get nausea I don't know if its related to the developing aneurysm or just a bad day
