Could Recurring Headache Be Related To Gray And Brown Mucus In Throat?

I have been having headaches everyday for 4 months now. I get them 3 and 4 times a day only on the right side of my head from the right top of my head to the back of the right side of my head. I have taken several antibiotics for sinus inflammation but this did not help my headaches. Also, I do not have any cough but sometimes feel the need to clear mucus from my throat and when I cough to clear the mucus, it is clear with gray or brown spots in it. I am a smoker of 12 years. Any idea on whether these symptoms are related to each other?
