Could Recurring Itching In The Place Of Removed Mole From Neck A Cause For Concern?

Had small mole removed from neck due to itching. 3 weeks later now the area is itchy again. Results from biopsy are back but because of automated phone lines I ve not been able to speak with anyone yet. Is the itching again something to be concerned with?
