Could Recurring Pain In Chest And Arms Indicate Indigestion?

hi i am 52 years old , for the last two weeks i have had several bouts of what i think is indigestion, but always at night , which has woke me up , the only way i can get comfortable was to be semi propped up on pillows.today i have experienced the same pain in my chest again at work , both my arms feel very achey now and i still have slight chest pain ,should i be concerned
