Could Recurring Red Marks On My Penis Tip, Mild Post-urination Tingling, And Oral Thrush Be Balanitis Despite Using Prescribed Fucidin?

Hello Dr Raju. I am writing you regarding a penile situation I am facing. I have experienced frequent urination which does not burn but sometimes it does once finished (very rare tingle). I have now had red marks/spot form on my penis tip. I have been doctors and they prescribed a fucidin 2% and told me to apply this 4 times a day they mentioned it looks like balantis when they looked at it. I can see the spot has disappeared but now red marks have formed on other areas of the tip. I am continuing to apply this cream as advised but wanted to get your thoughts on what this could be? I have a girlfriend who sometimes we do have unprotected sex but we haven t seen other people. It was only a couple of times. I also keep getting an oral thrush and I been prescribed something for this and to use a tongue scraper.
